Sarawak's creamy white pepper is the highest grade of white peppercorns.

 

Grown in Betong Division of Sarawak, and handpicked, fresh green pepper berries are soaked in running water for at least 2 weeks until the layer of the outer skin disintegrates. The barriers are then washed and sundried to obtain white peppercorns.
